Terms of Service

The terms that govern access to and use of the Cyted website and platform.

Effective: September 1, 2026Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Cyted when you access or use the Cyted website, console, software, and related services.

Using Cyted

You may use Cyted only if you can legally enter into a contract and comply with these Terms. If you use Cyted for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for your account, your workspace members, and activity performed through your credentials.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep account information accurate, protect passwords and authentication methods, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing invitations, permissions, connected services, and the content made available to workspace members.

Plans, trials, and billing

Paid plans, quotas, included platforms, and plan limits are described on the pricing page and may change prospectively. Starter, Growth, and Scale currently include a seven-day trial; the Agency plan currently does not include a trial. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew for the selected billing cycle and are processed through Polar. Prices, taxes, and billing details shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, unless the checkout or billing provider states otherwise. Plan and seat changes may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge or credit through the billing provider. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the applicable refund rules.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights you have in content, data, websites, prompts, drafts, and other materials you submit to Cyted. You grant Cyted the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, analyze, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, and improve the services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and connect third-party services.

AI, search, and third-party limitations

Cyted provides analysis, recommendations, drafts, metrics, and decision-support signals. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case and must be reviewed before publication or implementation. Cyted does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, citations, traffic, conversions, revenue, or any particular result. Third-party search engines, AI providers, analytics services, WordPress, and payment providers may change, limit, or interrupt their services independently of Cyted.

WordPress and website actions

You authorize Cyted to perform only the connected actions and access permitted by your credentials and settings. Review generated changes before applying them where the product provides review controls. You are responsible for backups, approvals, site ownership, legal compliance, and the impact of publishing or applying changes to your website.

Intellectual property

Cyted and its licensors own the service, software, branding, documentation, and related technology. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used by Cyted without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify confidential information.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, misuse the services, or if continued operation is not commercially or technically feasible. You may stop using Cyted at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyted is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyted will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any liability cap and applicable exceptions will be interpreted under mandatory applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory rights and remedies that cannot be waived, disputes will be handled by the courts of Sri Lanka. Before starting a formal proceeding, contact support@cyted.app so the parties can try to resolve the issue informally.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@cyted.app or mailed to Cyted, Ratnapura, Sri Lanka.
